Refunds are available for damaged items.
If you receive a damaged item you will be offered a complete refund plus an additional 15% off of your next purchase that can be combined with any current coupon at that time.
Shipping prices are non-refundable.
All orders are processed & shipped between 3-7 business days, once your order has shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number attached.
If you cancel your order please allow 3-5 business days for a return to your original form of payment.
If in the event there is a problem with your cancellation refund please contact us via email at patientsfragrance@gmail.com and we will promptly assist you.
All orders have valid tracking numbers, If you cannot find your tracking number please contact us via email and it will be sent to you.
For backorders please allow 7-14 business days to receive shipping confirmation.
When inquiring via email or WhatsApp please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
